New Era Superintendents and the National Association of School Superintendents are doing it again: An in-person event doubleheader, that is! Mark it down for September 9-12, 2025, at the Chicago Marriott Downtown Magnificent Mile. And stay tuned for registration info. New Era’s Speed Summit I is September 9-10, and the NASS Annual Conference is September 10-12.

On September 25-26, 2025, leading superintendents from across the US will convene in Park City/Deer Valley, Utah, to chart the new era of academic achievement in the age of AI and it’s impact and potential on reading and math achievement. This unprecedented summit will showcase success stories and action plans from AI pioneers, including the superintendents leading the AI & achievement revolution right now, technology innovators inventing the future of education, and policy and thought leaders who will share why this is the best time to be an education leader for those who adapt themselves and their districts quickly to emerging AI technologies.

New Era is honored to host this inaugural gathering for superintendents from “mountain town” districts across the US for a unique custom-built program designed for the high-level challenges and opportunities that accompany these set-apart districts, where high-elevation, rural, remote, extremely economically diverse, and sometimes demanding conditions of all kinds necessitate a “double black diamond” readiness and response capability. This summit experience also welcomes superintendents who want to learn more about the strengths and creativity of this unique leadership network.
